3-5. Fasten the

direction plate

to the ratchet head with the

direction plate screw

3-6. Tighten the

direction plate screw

all of the way down, and then loosen it about 1/6 of a turn to alow

the direction plate to turn freely.

3-4. Place the

direction plate

onto the ratchet head making sure the pin on the bottom of the

direction

plate

hooks into the cusp at the bottom of the

heart spring
