TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The grinder does not switch on
1 Main switch doesn’t light on
2 Faulty main switch
1 Insert the plug into the power socket
1 Check the main power supply
2 Call the service centre
The grinder motor does not start
1 Foreign object between the grinder burrs
2 Overheating
3 faulty capacitor
1 unscrew the adjustment nut
2 Let the equipment to cool down before
restart it
3 Call the service centre
Very thin powder mixed with bigger fragment
Grinder burrs are worn out
Grinder burrs are not leveled
Replace the grinder burrs
According to the daily use, the grinder burrs replacement should be done according with the following table:
1 Kg of coffee per day Substitution ones per year
2 – 3 Kg of coffee per day Substitution every 6 – 7 months
4 – 6 Kg of coffee per day Substitution every 3 – 4 months
