11. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Weight limits of the CareCo range of Lift and Recliner Chairs is shown below. Do not

exceed these limits either by the weight of the person or by having pets, children or

other items on your lap when operating the chair.

For battery back-up use two high quality batteries such as Duracell Plus 9v Alkaline

of 45lbs (20kg) for models with a maximum weight capacity of up to 375lbs (170kg).

12. GUARANTEE INFORMATION

12 Month Guarantee

CareCo (UK) Limited (the ‘Company’) guarantees its products against defects in

materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date

of purchase by the original retail purchaser (the ‘Guarantee Period’). If a defect

arises and a valid claim is received with the Guarantee Period, at its discretion, the

Company may:-

1 Repair the defect at no charge, using new or replacement parts;

2 Replace the defective part with a new part or a part that is either the same as, or

functionally equivalent to, the original part;

3 Replace the product with a new product which is the same as, or at least
