OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before weighing, make certain the scale is set to zero. See set-up above if it is not.

2. Place infant on scale.

3. Lift the large lower poise and slide it until the beam tip starts

4. Slide the small upper poise until the beam pointer aligns with the fixed pointer. (fig. 7)

5. Read and record weight.

6. Remove infant from scale.

CAUTION: DO NOT LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED ON SCALE!
