3. Follow the directions on the
display screen to review each
of the Terms & Conditions.
Press the
YES button to accept
each statement.
Once you’ve agreed to all the Terms &
Conditions, the process is complete.
Congratulations! You can begin making and
answering calls with captions.
If you do not agree with the Terms &
Conditions, press the
NO button. The
CAPTIONS feature will remain off during
your calls. You can still use
CapTel as a
standard telephone, but you will not
receive captions during your calls.
Captions will not be activated on your
phone until the Terms & Conditions are
accepted.
To review the Terms & Conditions wording again, press the
CAPTIONS button. The Terms & Conditions information will appear
again, and you will have another opportunity to accept the Terms
& Conditions by pressing the
YES button.

register your
CapTel phone, please press the blue Customer
Service button for assistance.
