usage
Before you begin:
• The die grinder is designed for grinding and
deburning.
• Use the tool only for intended purposes.
• Drain the air tank.
• Lubricate the tool.
• Use only attachments with mandrel matching the
size of the collet of the tool.
• Always wear proper personal safety equipment.
• Keep yourself well balanced with proper footing
at all times.
• Keep your hands dry, clean, and free from oil and
grease.
• Use only up to 90 PSI air pressure.
Attachment Installation:
• Loosen the collet by using the included spindle
wrench and collet nut wrench. Hold the spindle
with the spindle wrench and turn the collet nut
counterclockwise with the collet nut wrench.
• Insert the attachment into the collet.
• Tighten the collet by holding the spindle with the
spindle wrench and turn the collet nut clockwise
with the collet nut wrench.
• Ensure attachments is fastened tightly with the
collet.
• Use only attachments with mandrel matching the
size of the collet.
• Replace any worn attachments.
Operation:
• Use the speed control dial to select desired
grinder speed.
• To start the tool, disengage the safety lever,
depress the trigger to use the tool, and release
the trigger to stop.
• Turn the swivel exhaust so that the exhaust faces
away from you.
• Keep hands and body away from moving parts.
• Lay the tool down only when it completely stops
moving.
• Turn off the air supply, depress the trigger to
release residual air, and disconnect the air
line from the tool each time before changing
attachments.
• Turn off the air supply, depress the trigger to
release residual air, and disconnect the air line
from the tool when the job is completed.
• Lubricate the tool before storage.
