Ideal for roasting joints of meat, the Roast function raises the oven to 250°C and once reached
will lower to the set temperature; effectively sealing flavours in the meat before cooking.
1. Turn on the oven by pressing the button.
2. Select from the Function Selection Screen.
3. Proceed to select
Meat Probe
if
necessary, choose a cooking Duration
and/or save to favourites.
4. Press to start cooking.
NOTE:
‘SEALING’
appears above oven temperature
until 250°C is reached.
Once 250°C is reached,
‘SEALING’
turns off
and returns to show the actual temperature.
