Aufbau / Assembly
Schritt 1
• Nehmen Sie die zwei Schrauben (58) und Unterlegscheiben (63) aus den Gewichtsführungsstangen (7) heraus.
• Stecken Sie die Stangen in den Basis-Rahmen (2) und verschrauben Sie wieder (58, 63).
• Montieren Sie das hintere Hauptteil (3) und die Platte (34) am Basis-Rahmen (2).

• Bringen Sie die zwei doppelten Flaschenzüge (lang) (13) an den Säulen (8) an und montieren Sie zwei Achsman-
schetten (49) an ihnen. [2

manschetten (49) an ihnen. [2

Step 1
• Remove two M10X20mm Hex Bolts (58) and two M10 Washers (63) from two Weight Guide Tubes (7).
• Insert the Weight Guide Tube (7) into the Main Base Frame (2), using two M10X20mm Hex Bolts (58) and two M10
Washers (63).
• Attach the Rear Base Frame (3) and the Plate (34) to the Main Base Frame (2), using two M10X75mm Hex Bolts
(54), four M10 Washers (63) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (66).
• Attach the Front Upright (1) to the Main Base Frame (2), using two M10X95mm Hex Bolts (53), four M10 Arc
Washers (65) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (66).
• Attach two Bending Columns (8) to the Main Base Frame (2), using four M10X95mm Hex Bolts (53), eight M10 Arc
Washers (65) and four M10 Nylon Nuts (66). NOTE: Oil Bushing (38) have been Pre-assembled into the Bending
Column (8).
• Insert two Double Pulley Blocks (long) (13) into two Bending Columns (8), then attach two Axle Collars (49) to two
Double Pulley Blocks (long) (13), using two M6X6mm Screws (50).
• Insert two Double Pulley Blocks (short) (14) into two Bending Columns (8), then attach two Axle Collars (49) to two
Double Pulley Blocks (short) (14) using two M6X6mm Screws (50).
