Count-up Timer

arrow key to turn on count-up timer mode. There is one long beep when time is up to fixed time.

Default 100 minutes count up timer

key to turn on 100 minutes count up mode. Press

to start/stop/resume the timer.

Reset
key to clear zero.
• This default timer can’t be modified. It counts from 00:00 to 99:59 at MM:SS
Default 20 minutes count down timer

key to turn on 20 minutes count down mode. Press

to start/stop/resume the timer
• Press “Reset” key for back to 20:00.
• This default timer can’t be modified. It counts from 20:00 to 00:00 at MM:SS
Stopwatch Function
• Press the
stopwatch button
(lower right corner of RC) to enter the stopwatch function and the timer displays “00
00”. Press
OK
to start, stop, or to resume the stopwatch timer.
Pre-Programmed Tabata Function
Tabata timer consists of 8 rounds, with 20-second intense workout time followed by 10-second rest time. There is one
beep when each workout time ends and two beeps once rest time ends.

for Tabata timer mode and the timer displays ”00:00”.
• Press
OK
to start, stop, or resume the Tabata timer.
Pre-Programmed Fight Gone Bad Function
FGB Mode consists of three rounds, with 5-minute workout period followed by 1-minute rest time. There is one
beep when each workout time starts and two beeps once rest time starts.

FGB
for FGB timer mode and the timer displays “17 00”.
• Press
OK
to start, stop, or resume the FGB timer.
