Use
1. Set the gas adjustment dial (3) half way between “+” and “-”.
2. Set the air adjustment ring (2) to half way (half-open hole).
3. Press the child safety lock button in with your thumb. See fig. 1.
4. Ignition
a. Press the safety switch (5) (under the ignition button) in using your thumb.
b. Press the ignition button (4) to ignite the gas torch, hold it in for as long as
you want the torch to be lit.
c. If the ignition button is released, the torch will go out. The safety switch
(5) locks the ignition button again.
Note! Sometimes you will need to try 2 or 3 times before the torch ignites. The
safety switch (5) must be held in each time you press the ignition button (4).
5. Continuous flame
a. Press and hold the ignition button (4) to ignite the torch. Hold in the
ignition button and press in the continuous flame button (7), release the
ignition button. The flame will now burn until the continuous flame button
is released.
b. Press the ignition button (4) once more to release the continuous flame
button. When you release the ignition button the flame will go out and the
torch will return to manual mode.
6. The intensity of the flame is controlled using the gas adjustment dial (3) and
the air adjustment ring (2).
