WARRANTY LIABILITIES
Warranty period starts from the date of purchase the goods from the Seller, authorized by Canyon.
Date of purchase is the date indicated in your sales receipt or waybill. During warranty period, a
repair, replacement or refund of payment for goods are performed on discretion of Canyon. To
receive warranty services, goods shall be returned to the Seller, to purchase place, together with
purchase evidence (sales receipt or waybill). Additional information on usage and warranty is

If:

The Gas Lift does not work properly or stopped working at all;
Ø
Any lever does not work;
Ø
Detect that any part is broken or damaged before using the chair;
Ø
Detect that any part is missing from the package content list;
Please contact the seller for the part replacement
If:
Ø
The casters are not fixing in 5–star base
Ø
The backrest is not fixing in the set position
Ø
The seat of the chair is skewed or creaks
Ø
If there is a noise between the mechanism and metal frame, please check that
the screws are tight. The noise should disappear if the screws are tightened.
Please try to assemble the chair following the instruction gradually again. If this will not help,
please contact the seller for the part replacement
