Connect the printer to a power source and 

turn on the power

To power outlet

Ensure there is at 

least 15 cm (6 in.) of 

free space front and 

back, and at least 10 

cm (4 in.) either side.

  Insert the power cord to the compact power adapter and plug 

the other end into a power outlet

  Connect the compact power adapter to the printer

  Press 

 until the power lamp lights green to turn on the 

power
