Cancelling the print job
After print processing is completed by the BJ Background Monitor and the BJ Backgrounder, or when Back-
ground Printing is disabled in the Page Layout tab of the Printer Properties dialogue box, you can cancel the
print job using the BJ Status Monitor. To cancel the print job, open the BJ Status Monitor and then click the
Cancel Printing button in the Printer Status tab.
Switching the BJ Status Monitor
When you are using multiple bubble jet printers and launching the BJ Status Monitor of each printer, from the
Port menu, select the port to which the printer is connected.
The BJ Printer Monitor displays all bubble jet printers installed in your system. To launch
the BJ Status Monitor of a specific printer, double-click the printer name in the BJ Printers
tab.
