Printing Media

Load a sheet of plain letter-size or A4 paper in the printer.

Press and hold the RESUME/CANCEL button down and release as the
POWER lamp flashes three times to feed the sheet.
Repeat this three times.

If the printer still does not feed the envelopes through even after cleaning,
repeat Step 4 again.
