align holes A and B.

holes A and B to lock the gear.
* During this operation, look through
the FINDER to make sure that the
lens is at the WIDE end.

<If you do not have 1.2 mm dia. wire>

Another FINDER UNIT

Assemble the FINDER UNIT onto
the OPTICAL UNIT.

Tighten these
screws.

Draw out the wire.

After the camera is completely assembled, turn
the camera ON and OFF to retract the protruded
lens barrel into the camera.

Shaft

Remove the shaft (1.2 mm dia.)
from another FINDER UNIT for
use instead of the wire. Once the
shaft is removed from a FINDER
UNIT, that FINDER UNIT cannot
be used.
