Removing Packing Materials/Turning
on the Printer

Remove the packing materials (such as tape
and protective film on the LCD
) from outside the
printer.

Hook the hollows on the both sides of
the printer with your fingers and open the
scanning unit / cover
.

Remove the orange tape and discard it.

scanning unit / cover
.

Connect the power cord.

Lift the operation panel.

Do not connect a USB cable yet.
