Changing Registered Information
To change information registered for coded speed dial and group dial, follow the procedure below.
1.
Make sure that the machine is turned on.
Confirming that the Power Is On
2.
Press the
FAX
button.
The Fax standby screen is displayed.
3.
Press the left
Function
button.
The Fax menu screen is displayed.
4.
Select
TEL number registration
, then press the
OK
button.
5.
Use the
button to select a registration menu to change, then press the
OK
button.
6.
Use the
button or the Numeric buttons to select a coded speed dial code or
group dial code to change, then press the
OK
button.
7.
Use the
button to select
Edit
, then press the
OK
button.
•
To change a coded speed dial code:
The screen to change the recipient's name and the fax/telephone number is displayed.
•
To change a coded speed dial code registered to a group dial code:
The screen to change the group name and the member is displayed.
8.
Change the registered information.
•
To change a coded speed dial code:
When you want to change the recipient's name, move the cursor to
Name
then change the
recipient's name. After pressing the
OK
button, the cursor moves to
TEL no.
. To register the
changed recipient's name, press the
OK
button again.
When you want to change the fax/telephone number, move the cursor to
TEL no.
then change
the fax/telephone number. After pressing the
OK
button, the changed number is registered.
•
To change a group dial code:
When you want to change the group name, move the cursor to
Group name
then change the
group name. After pressing the
OK
button, the cursor moves to
Member
. To register the
changed group name, press the
OK
button again.
When you want to add the member to group or delete from group, move the cursor to
Member
then add the member or delete. After pressing the
OK
button, the changed group is registered.
