An Error Occurs

When an error occurs in printing such as the printer is out of paper or paper is jammed, the

Alarm

lamp

flashes or

lamp and

Alarm

lamp flash alternately according to the details of the error which has

occurred. A Support Code (error number) is displayed on the computer screen shown as below.

Check the status of the

Alarm

lamp and the support code, then take the appropriate action.
