LPD (Line Printer Daemon)
This is the print protocol generally used with TCP/IP. See "Printer Connection Method (LPD/Raw)," on p. 2-9 to
install the printer driver and to specify the printer destination setting.

Raw
This is the print protocol used with Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003. It can print at higher speeds than LPD. See
"Printer Connection Method (LPD/Raw)," on p. 2-9 to install the printer driver and to specify the printer destination
setting.
