Installing the Machine

Turning the Main Power ON

For Users with the Optional Finisher:
See the installation manual supplied with the optional
finisher to attach the finisher to the machine, then
connect the power cord.

Connect the power cord into the socket

on the back right of the machine and to the

wall outlet.

Turn ON the main power.

The main power indicator on the control panel lights
when you turn ON the main power switch.

Various screens appear when system software is
loading.

NOTE

For instructions on turning the main power ON and
OFF, and on using the Energy Saver key, see "Main
Power and Energy Saver Key," on p.34.
