To obtain and maintain authorization to sell or service an imageRUNNER

ADVANCE device, every Authorized Reseller’s location must have at least one

employee who has successfully completed the appropriate imageRUNNER

ADVANCE device-training program, and who has been certified, as described in

Service Training

Service Training

A. Training Program Overview

The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 Series Hardware Update Training

Program is for service technicians who are already trained and certified on

the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2000 Series models. This update course

enables technicians to identify the new features of the imageRUNNER

ADVANCE C3300 Series, and provides the knowledge required for servicing

and maintaining the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 Series devices and

respective accessories in the field.

B. Online Course Module

Technicians can be certified on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 Series

machines by taking imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 Series Hardware

Update course online.

The online Hardware course module is available on Canon USA’s e-Support

Web site, and it provides technicians with the theoretical concepts to support

the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3300 Series machines.
