Can I send a fax to multiple destinations?
A
By specifying the destinations as indicated below, you can send a fax to multiple destinations at the same time.
Manually Entering Multiple Destinations:
You can enter up to 256 destinations.
1. Enter the fax number using - (numeric keys), , and

press [OK].
2. Continue to enter the other destinations
→
press [OK].

Registering Multiple Destinations in a One-Touch Button:
You can register up to 200 destinations.
1. Press [One-Touch]
→
[Register].
2. Select the button to register
→
press [Register/Edit]
→
[Group].
3. Press [Name].
4. Enter the destination name
→ press [Next].
5. Press [One-Touch Name].
6. Enter the name to display on the one-touch button
→ press [Next].
7. Press [Add from One-Touch]
→
select the destinations to register in the group
→
press [OK].
8. Press [OK]
→
[Close].
9. Select the newly registered Group destination
→
press [OK].
10. Press .
You cannot specify destinations registered in the address book and destinations registered in a one-touch button at the same time.

Registering a Group Destination from the Address Book:
You can register up to 256 destinations.
1. Press [Address Book]
→
[Other Ops.]
→
[Register/Edit].
2. Press [Register New Dest.]
→
[Group].
3. Press [Name].
4. Enter the destination name
→ press [Next].
5. Press the drop-down list → select an address book between 1 and 10 → press [Next].
6. Press [Add from Address Book] → select the destinations to register → press [OK].
7. Press [OK] → [Close].
8. Select the newly registered Group destination
→
press [OK].
