Press (ID).
The Standby display appears.
NOTE
If the User ID or password that you enter is incorrect, the message <Unregistered
number. Enter number again.> will appear on the LCD display. Repeat this procedure
from step 1.

When your operations are complete, press (ID) to log out.
The display for entering the User ID appears.
NOTE
•
To perform operations again, you must re-enter your User ID and password.
•
If you do not press (ID) after you are finished operating the machine, any subsequent
copies, scans, or prints made are added to the total of the User ID you previously entered
to log on to the machine.
•
The display for entering the User ID and password automatically appears after the set
Auto Clear Time elapses. (See “Auto Clear Time,” on p. 3-31.)
•
After pressing (ID), all settings are canceled, and the machine returns to the Standby
display.
