Customizing Settings

Press [Additional Functions]

) to highlight <08 SHARPNESS>

Each time you press

), the next or previous menu option

becomes highlighted.

The SHARPNESS menu appears.

Press [F2] (DULL) or [F3] (SHARP) to set the desired
sharpness level

➞

press [OK].

To copy text and lines clearly, press

(SHARP) to select a higher

sharpness level.

To copy halftone images, such as a photograph, press

(DULL) to select

a lower sharpness level.

The selected mode is set, and the display returns to the COPY SETTINGS menu.

Press [Reset] to return to the Copy Basic Features screen.
