Managing the Address Book
The Remote UI enables you to manage the Address Book by performing such
operations as storing new addresses, editing addresses, and changing the name of
the subaddress books. The types of addresses that can be managed are as follows.

Managing the Address Book in the iR105, iR8500, iR7200, iR6020i/5020i,
iR6000i/5000i, and iR3300i/2200i
•
Group: You can register multiple destinations as a single group address.
•
E-mail: You can register e-mail addresses.
•
Fax: You can register fax numbers (only in the iR3300i/2200i).
•
I-Fax: You can register I-Fax addresses (only in the iR105, iR8500, iR7200, iR6020i/
5020i, iR6000i/5000i, and iR3300i/2200i).
•
File: You can register a protocol, host name, and folder path for sending documents in
a file server.

Managing the Address Book in the iR3300/2800/2200
•
Group: You can register fax numbers as a single group address.
•
Fax: You can register fax numbers.
IMPORTANT
These functions are available only in the following cases:
- When the Universal Send Expansion Board-A1 (optional) is installed in the iR105,
iR8500, and iR7200
- When the Image Reader-A1 (optional) is installed in the iR6000i/5000i
- When the Image Reader-B1 (optional) is installed in the iR3300i/2200i
- When the fax board is installed in the iR3300/2800/2200
