D. Prerequisites

Prior to taking the imageCLASS MF410dw and D1500 Series Training

course, technicians are required to complete the imageCLASS

MF6160dw/MF6180dw online training curriculum, or the imageCLASS

D1320/D1350/D1370 online training curriculum successfully. These curricula

consist of the imageCLASS D1100 CBT and the relevant final assessment

exams for each series.

The imageCLASS D1100 CBT is available via the Support & Download

Center of the

e-Support Center

Web site.

It is also highly recommended that the service technician have:

• Prior experience with Canon imageCLASS MF devices

• Experience with taking eLearning courses

• Familiarity with common hand tools to disassemble and service Canon

devices

E. Course Format

The imageCLASS MF410dw and D1500 Series online training course is a

self-paced course. It covers the differences between this series and its

predecessors: MF410dw Series: the imageCLASS MF6100 Series; D1500

Series: the D1300 Series.

Students should download the following resources to have as a reference

while taking this course:

It takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete this course successfully. It is
