Speed Dialing

You can print lists of fax/telephone numbers registered for speed dialing. Keep these lists near your machine so
you can refer to them when dialing.

depending on what order you want the destinations
to be printed:

1.NO SORT
to print the list in key number
order.

Select
2.SORT
to print the list with the names of
the destinations in alphabetical order.

Press Set .
• The machine prints the list and returns to standby
mode.
• You can also print the list using Report .
Press Fax , then press Function (the
Function key lights up). Press Report ,
and select a report you want, then press
Set . This procedure must be performed in
Fax Mode.
