Troubleshooting

Open the guide (I-I2), and remove any jammed paper .

Close the guide (I-I2), and then the upper cover (I-I1) .

When closing the guide and the upper cover, be careful not to get your fingers caught, as this may result in personal injury .

Open the document insertion unit .
