If you think there is a problem with the WFT-E1A, first read the probable causes below.
Also read the troubleshooting section in your camera’s instruction manual.

Your personal computer does not meet the software’s operating requirements.

Use a personal computer that meets the software’s operating requirements.

The battery is exhausted.

Recharge the battery.

The battery is not installed properly.

Install the battery properly (p.22).

The battery is not fully charged.

Recharge the battery fully.

The battery’s service life has ended.

Replace the battery with a new one.

Auto power off is in effect.

Turn on the <
