Note:
* Please refer to “Service Adjustment Menu Operation” for entering to the service mode
and adjusting the service data.
2.1 Output Voltage Adjustment
After replacing the Power Board, PF.C. Board, readjust the Output voltage adjustment
as follows.
1. Connect a digital voltmeter to pins 1 (+) and 3 (-) of K6C.
2. Adjust the voltage by using VR01 as following.
AC Input
Reading
230V
380V ±2V
120V
372V ±2V
2.2 Fan Voltage Adjustment
1. Connect a digital voltmeter to test point “TP6602” (+) and chassis ground (-).
2. Enter to the service mode, select item no. “29” and set data value to “1”.
3. Adjust the voltage to be 12.1 ±0.1Vdc by using VR6601.
4. Check that the voltages at test points “ TP6601” (+), “TP6603” (+) and chassis ground
(-) are 13.0 to 13.5Vdc.
5. Select item no. “29” and set data value to “0”.
Part 3: Adjustment
