Open the Contributions/Donors & Gifts application.

Click on

Contribution Processing

(or

Gift Processing

in Donors & Gifts).

Click the

Preferences

button at the top of the screen.

Place a check next to

Use Cross Check

in the Preference grid.

Click on the

Test Cross Check

tab.
