Before starting the work, be sure to
perform the following on the host ma-
chine in the order indicated:
1. Turn off the control panel power
switch.
2. Turn off the main power switch.
3. Disconnect the power cable (from
the wall/floor outlet).
1) Open the 2 wire saddles [1], and disconnect the con-
nector [2] to detach the reader communications cable
[3].

2) Remove the 7 screws [1], and detach the rear cover
[2].
3) Remove the 12 screws [1], and detach the control-
ler box cover [2].
