Registering Multiple Destinations for Group Dial
Multiple destinations that have been registered in Favorites or Coded Dial can be combined
into groups. It is useful when sending a fax to multiple destinations at once.
IMPORTANT IMPORTANT
•
Register group addresses to an unused Favorites or Coded Dial number.
Make sure that you leave some unused Favorites or Coded Dial number
for group dialing.
•
Individual destinations must be registered in Favorites or Coded Dial
before they can be added to a group.

Switch to the Fax mode (

p.15), and then press [ ].

Press <Register Dest.>.

] to highlight a destination type to register the group dial
to, and then press [OK].

Select whether to register the group in Coded Dial or Favorites.

] to highlight <Group>, and then press [OK].
