Step 4

Insert the detector installation tool into the recessed PIPS detector mounting area
until the PIPS detector connector is centered on the mating connector of the PIPS
Detector Mounting Assembly. Rotate the installation tool clockwise until the
detector is firmly seated. Remove the insertion tool by pulling outward while
continuing to rotate the tool clockwise. Refer to Figure 44.
