When battery modules are
connected in parallel and
one of them has no
output.
Check this module’s voltage and current on LCD screen. If the voltage
difference among the packs is more than 2V and there is a certain
current, it means this module is equalizing. This process takes several
minutes to hours, please wait patiently.
If not, please check next:
1.Check the D IP switch and ensure its configured properly.
Note: If the problem is still not resolved after troubleshooting, please contact the manufacturer below.
