Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (with receipt) or
one (1) year from the date of manufacture (without receipt).
This device is designed for use with legal dry and
concentrated substances. Any use of XMAX Starry 3.0 Vaporizer with illegal
substances voids the warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, rough handling, or
use of the device.
The product may not be used for its intended purpose, due to an act of God, user
error, or use of the product beyond the scope of this manual.

This includes, but is not limited to, any damage to the product, including, but not
limited to, changes in the function or appearance of the product.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage to the device, such as tooth
marks, scratches and chips in the product's finish and/or broken plastic parts of
the device.
Standard wear and tear of the device is also not covered by the warranty. Standard
battery wear and tear is also not covered by the warranty.
To get help with a warranty case, please write to the Customer Support

[email protected]. Original receipt, authenticity code, photo and video, and
serial numbers of the device are required for warranty case review.
At the manufacturer's discretion, the part/product will be repaired or replaced with a
new or functionally identical part/product.
