MECHANIC QUALIFICATION - Please be advised that many bicycle service and 

repair tasks require specialized knowledge, tools and experience. General mechanical 

aptitude may not be sufficient to properly service or repair your bicycle. If you have any 

doubt whatsoever regarding your service/repair ability, please take your bicycle to a 

qualified repair shop.

"AN ACCIDENT" – Please note that throughout this manual, reference is made that 

"an accident" could occur. Any accident could result in damage to your bicycle, its 

components and, more importantly, could cause you or a bystander to sustain severe 

personal injury or even death.

DESIGNATED USE - This Campagnolo

®

 product is designed and manufactured 

exclusively for use on “racing” bicycles, conditions such as gravel, cyclocross, 

trekking and assisted pedalling bicycles with a motor up to 250 W and speed up to 

25 km/h (i.e. EPAC vehicles according to European standard UNI EN 15194) and, for 

the USA, for assisted pedalling bicycles with a motor up to 250 W (if the motor is in 

the wheel hub, without power limits and maximum speed of 20 mph.

It is permitted to ride on paved, unpaved and gravel roads.

Any other use of this product on types of bicycles different than those specified above, 

such as a mountain bike, tandem, S-pedelec (with a motor up to 500 W and speed of 

up to 45 km/h), motorised vehicles (according to what is specified in REGULATION 

(UE) No. 168/2013) or on different types of terrain, such as particularly rough roads, 

trails, etc., is prohibited.
