Troubleshooting and FAQ

Sometimes when utilizing the DM1501, unseen errors may occur and here at

CAMFive we want to make sure you have all the tools to be successful. Below

are some uncommon error codes and FAQ that may occur when using your

embroidery machine.

• Error Code EC12: Main Shaft not in Stop Position- If this error comes up, when

you are trying to start embroidering, look on the top left corner and if you

see this symbol , you are able to fix this by pressing the activate main shaft

origin button , and it should fix the problem.

Now you are able to replace

the needle, and tighten the

screw. Make sure that the

curve part of the needle is

facing away from the front of

the machine or towards the

needle arm. See pics below
