The operator neither opens nor closes

1 Check the power supply and line fuses
2 The N.O. control contact (2-7) is open
3 The N.C. safety contact (2-C1) is open
4 The N.C. safety contacts are open
5 Check in menu 7 that a time is set
6 Check the proper direction of the door travel
7 Memorize the radio code again
8 Adjust the sensitivity in menu 4
9 Eliminate all mechanical friction
10 Enter (or duplicate) the same code in all
the transmitters
11 Check operation of the photocells
