Electrical specifications

4.1

Connector pin description

MLU290-M5 Intelligent Accelerating Card using two 688-pin Molex Mirror Mezz snap connectors.The

design impedance of the connector is 90

Ω±

5%, which can be compatible with both 85

Ω

and 100

Ω

protocols. The signal and power are connected to the main board through this connector, and the
connector pin area is divided as follows:
