Choose ‘Wireless-Other’ in NAS-Port-Type

While configuring PEAP, select the above imported certificate .

User Authentication Configuration
Enabling EAP-MD5
As mentioned earlier, Microsoft has deprecated the support for MD5 from versions of
Windows. To enable MD5, the following steps to be followed:

Optionally, the
registry file
can be downloaded. It can be installed by double-click it in
Windows Registry.

From NPS Console Network Policy > <Policy Name> > Properties > Constrains >
Authentication Method and click Add. Select MD5 and click OK.
