The Location page displays the ESN, latitude, and longitude associated with the LandCell. It also
allows for configuration of the GPS fix type, a remote destination to send data, and an interval
defining how often to send that data.

Latitude:
The last reported latitude of the LandCell in degrees/minutes/seconds.
Longitude:
