High Signal vorgegeben wird.
Wird der Pull-Up mit 5 Vdc versorgt ist der high Pegel 5V und der low Pegel 0V
Der Open-Collector Ausgang darf mit max. 20mA belastet werden.
High = OK
Low = Fehler
