From Mezzanine, open Gate as shown.

Remove Pallet from Loading Area. Close Inside Gate. Move Pallet to desired location.

Closing Inside Gate before leaving Gate Area will open Gate at edge of Mezzanine.
This allows Fork Lift drivers to load Pallets without having to get off the Fork Lift.
