The collected data on your sleep is displayed under
the
"Sleep" detail view. There you can see, for
example, when you fell asleep and woke up and
how long you were in a deep sleep or had a light
sleep.
The data will NOT appear immediately after you get up, giving you the opportunity to lie down
again. It may take up to 30 minutes for sleep data to be synced and displayed.
AUTOMATIC PULSE AND BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT
Every 30 minutes, the watch creates an average value of the past pulse, blood oxygen and blood
pressure measurements and enters this in the XCFIT* app. (Note, this must be activated in the
settings). You can find these average values on the start page of the app. To get a current value
of your heart rate, start a manual measurement on your watch.
The measurements taken are for personal use only and should not be used as a
replacement for readings from medical devices or doctor’s advice.
