At the initial Site window, click on Add. We can now configure site properties and systems.
Configuring Site
Rem_1204’s
Properties
1.
Enter Rem_1204 as the Site Name.
2.
Select Local User Table as the site’s User Database.
3.
Select DEFAULT for the Site Template.
4.
Enter Rem_1204 for the Device Authentication Name. This is the name that will be associated with
the site during authentication.
5.
The CSX1204 will be using CHAP security. Enter 1204 for the CHAP Secret.
6.
Click on Add. We will next configure the site’s system information.
Configuring Site

System Information
1.
Click on the Systems tab.
2.
Click on Add System.
3.
Select CSX1204 for the system’s Product Code:

Click on Add.
5.
To configure the site’s circuit information:
a.
Double click on the system ID of the system we just configured.
b.
Click on the Circuits tab.
c.
Double click on the first BRI resource listed for the module.
d. Click on the Data Links tab.
e.
Enter the following Directory Number for the circuit: 5552222.
f.
Click on OK.
g.
Follow steps c through f for the remaining three BRI resources, using the following
directory numbers:
For the second BRI circuit: 5552223
For the third BRI circuit: 5552224
For the fourth BRI circuit: 5552225
Close all the open windows until you are back at the initial SFVRA-CFG window.

NFORMATION
Through connection groups, you can divide a network into groups of sites that need to
intercommunicate. Within each group, you can select a central site for the group, creating a star
configuration.
