TYPICAL CONFIGURATION

The HSIM-W85 can be used to aggregate up to eight T1 connections to
the backbone, which may be linked to a head-end consisting of an
HSIM-W87 in a platform. The HSIM-W85 is compatible with any
Cabletron Systems product that runs HDLC WAN protocol.

NOTE

Figure B-1

, the 2E42-27 is used as an example host

platform. It could be any platform with which the HSIM-W85 is
