3. Connection and Operation
3.1 Installation Checklist
•
A DisplayPort cable is required (sold separately)
•
Use a high quality DisplayPort cable in the shortest length needed
•
4K UHD resolution support requires a 4K rated DisplayPort cable
•
Disconnect any other cables from the computer to the monitor
•
Close all unnecessary programs before installing the drivers
•
Be prepared to reboot your computer after the driver installation
•
Connect to a USB 3.0 extension cable for more flexibility
3.2 Driver Installation
1) If the Adapter is not recognized, download the drivers from
cablematters.com/downloads
2) Click on the setup application and follow the instructions
3) Reboot your computer after the installation is complete

Windows and Mac users with the latest OS versions can check for
