the use and operation of the C-Nav GPS System and the GcGPS Subscription Service correction signals usage. C&C
Technologies will provide a NEW Activation Code FILE on receipt of this signed facsimile request and having completed
authorization and verification procedures, to the originator / requestor of this request form and also to the company
operations management / department responsible for the account invoice payments.
