Operation instructions
CAUTION!
Before plugging in the device – check whether mains characteristics correspond to
power requirements of the stapler.
• Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
• Choose the suitable staple and insert it to the contact prongs.
• Support the part being repaired with all pieces or cracks in the original configuration. Clamping
or “blocking” parts into place may be helpful. modeling clay or putty can be used to support
irregular shaped parts.
• Press and hold the switch on the stapler for 10 seconds allowing the staple to achieve full heat.
Carefully press the heated staple gently into the plastic keeping the staple parallel and square to
the surface while continuing to hold the button.
CAUTION!
On tHinner anD sOFter materials, it is VerY easY tO Burn tHrOugH tO tHe
Outer surFaCe, DO nOt use eXCessiVe FOrCe.
• When the staple is satisfactorily burrowed into the material, release the button, wait several
seconds to allow the molten plastic to firm up then withdraw the stapler from the staple.
• During repair of long and wide parts place few staples at intervals of 1-3 cm.
• Cut off the staple legs with side cutters.

• Grind away remainders of legs with the grinding machine. Apply putty and paint if you want to
make the repaired part appearance perfect.
• The product has an overheating protection. If overheating occurs the protection actuates and
the power switches off – the power indicator turns off. after the tool is cooled the power indicator
turns on – you start work again.
